Hours available per day can vary from 7 to 10 hours. Media/Hard Drive Archive Space $200.00/Hard Drive The studio assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to client's tapes, hard drives and equipment beyond reasonable care. CD Burning $25.00 per CD for 1st copy, $5.00 each additional copy Mastering is not included. **Student, school and church group discounts available. Overages on studio time packages are charged $65/hour. for Sunday sessions add 20% Terms and Conditions Cancellation or Rescheduling Cancellation or rescheduling of a booked session must occur within 48 hrs of the session or the client will be charged 50% of the time reserved. Any client canceling within 24 hrs of a booked session will be charged for the full amount of the time reserved. Storage & Insurance We will exercise care and handling in the storage of all client properties, including media left or stored on our premises. However we cannot assume any liability for loss or damage to any such properties and we recommend that the client secure appropriate insurance to cover the full value of any such properties. All media left over 60 days will be subject to storage fees and relocation. Payment Terms • A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking. • All services and materials are C.O.D. unless prior credit arrangements are made. • Credit terms are Net 15 days from invoice date. • Any amount past due is subject to a finance charge of 2% per month on the unpaid balance plus any attorney's fees or collection costs if applicable. • All Hard Drives, CDs, Tapes and materials shall remain the property of the studio until the account balance has been paid in full.
